Please do not allow telemarketers to circumvent the protection of the law provided by the do not call list. Pre recorded messges on voicemail would be even more of a problem, because the marginal cost of making these calls is so low, companies would have no restraint. Similar to email being filled with spam, our answering machines and voicemail would be filled, so we could not get legitamite, important messages.
