When these companies start paying my phone bill, only then would I consider even answering my phone. It's a shame that the people writing the laws exempt themselves from these nuisance calls. You people ought to be ashamed of yourselves for even considering this. If I want someone that I "previously had buisness with" then I would give them my authorization to call. Otherwise, leave my phone alone.
