I am a handicapped, hearing-impaired senior. It is very difficult for me to move around. If my telephone rings, it is hard for me to move to answer it. I need my telephone, but I cannot have my telephone ringing at times when it is not necessary for me to go answer it. Please do not implement this proposal. It would make my home life miserable, and could be potentially dangerous for me if I am forced to go to my telephone at a time when it is not necessary for me to move around. I have never purchased anything from telemarketers and I never will.
