Prerecorded or live - telemarketers should be forced to live with the do not call list. The possible abuse of the proposed rule change is never ending - this proposed rule change is truely a piece of crap and willl destroy the piece and quiet achieved by the do not call list. Not only NO but "HELL NO" to the proposed change.
