For the past year, my wife and I have been able to eat a meal and read the newspaper in the evening without receivimg unwanted telephone calls. I beg you not to change the rules. I value my privacy and my ability to do things without being interrupted by some body pitching some product. It is bad enough that we must endure political polls, etc. Please do not create this loop hole. If you do, it will be abused. Telemarketers will take this as an open season sign on consumers. Is this a case of money from the telemarketers buying the right to once again anoy people? The DNC has been wonderful, please do not change it at all !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
