I think the title "Do Not Call" should stand on it's own. Why do you think people signed up for this list? Not to have to worrry about you thinking, well maybe they want to be bothered so lets continue to keep trying different harrassment techniques. If I want any thing they have to offer, I will call them, until than Do not Call means: DO NOT CALL.
