Please DO NOT allow telemarketers to deliver prerecorded messages. The Do Not Call List has been one of the greatest things our government has ever done. Don't weaken it. In fact, I'd like to see you strengthen it by prohibiting non-profits and political campaigns. In other words, NO unsolicited calls. Thank you.
