My Dad is legally blind. Answering the phone is a chore. He does not understand recorded calls or commands to press certain numbers and all that rigamarole. His number is on a Do Not Call list so he won't have to be bothered with unwanted calls. He is the type of person who does not need telemarketers calling him for any reason.
