Please leave the DNC list in place as it is. I have gone from an average of 10 calls per night to none. If you place this loophole in the law, I will be forced to stop doing business with any company that contacts me by phone,in person or with a recorded message. It violates my rights. It will also open the door for abuse by the companies that call me now and say they do not abide by the DNC. During the last election, I received in access of 5 calls per day from canidates or parties. I feel these organizations should also be on the DNC List. I received a call from a telemarketer the other day for the American Heart Association, when I told them I was not interested and not to call me again, they got smart, refused to ID them selves or the company they worked for. I informed the AHA that I would not be donating any more to there organization. Please leave things the way they are now. R. Phelps
