Please do not change the Telemarketing Sales Rule to allow prerecorded messages. The Do-not Call registry has been one of the best things to happen - no more phone calls during dinner, except during political campaigns (and it would be great if we could eliminate those too). The most frustrating part of a prerecorded message is there's no way to hit a button to be connected to someone live, so that you can tell them not to call. It's a burden on the consumer to write down the number, make a call and hope that you talk to someone who can remove you from the list. In short, this would be a huge step in the wrong direction. Thank you
