I am totally opposed to allowing pre-recorded calls as I feel this would just be the first step to allowing other calls. As the saying goes, "give them an inch and they will take a mile." When I signed up for the do not call list it was because I do not want to be called, period. If you are going to make any changes the best thing would be to stop ALL calls, political and charity included.
