I feel that these telemarketers are infringing on we the consumers rights by being allowed to call anyones privately owned and payed for phone. I did NOT get phone service so companys could call and bother me, if I care to do business with them I would call them. We all purchase phone service for OUR OWN convienence, not for the telemarketers. I feel strongly that all telemarketing should be stopped. Otherwise they should be billed by everyone they call for our time and inconvience. My time and privacy is of value to me so I should be able to bill them for violating my privacy or using my time and my phone for which I pay for. I feel you should definately not give them any more than they have and definately a lot less leeway.
