I'm a disabled woman living in a senior community so I hear many comments concerning telemarketers. Many of us have slowed with age and find it takes a little longer to rise from our chair to answer the door or phone. The last person we want to hear on the other end of the line is someone trying to sell us something we do not want and have no use for. It has been so peaceful since the new law went into effect allowing us to answer the phone knowing a friend or family member is calling us and it is a call we welcome. Please do not authorize an ammendment to the Telemarketing Sales Rule
