Please do not allow telemarketers to call with a pre-recorded message. That's even worse than the annoying people who call. At least you can say no quickly when an actual person calls. On pre-recorded messages, even when you hang up, the line is often tied up for several minutes if you pick up the phone to make a call. This is very bothersome and could be hazardous if you needed to make an emergency call right after hanging up on a pre-recording. In my opinion, this is a no-brainer and should not be allowed.
