Re Docket ID RIN 3084-0098: Please do not allow calls using pre-recorded messages whether or not the recipient has an established business relationship with the caller. Pre-recorded message calls are obnoxious, intrusive and do not allow the recipient to request being removed from the caller's call list. The DO NOT CALL list was an outstanding accomplishment of the FTC that protects the peace and privacy of US citizens--please do not gut it to satisfy industry lobbyists.
