Dear FTC, I object strongly to any measures that will serve to weaken the Telemarketing Sales Rule. I pay for my telephone service, the telemarketers do not. If anything, the Rule should be strengthened and the telemarketers required to pay a fee to each person they call, a fee to reimburse the call recipient for the use of their telephone service.
