Comments:
The purpose of the Do Not Call List is that you do not want to be bother by telemarketing telephone calls. Not even recorded ones. If you have a family member that is dying and you receive a telephone call in the night, your first thought is something has happend to your family member. Can you imagine the pain that person has just been put in? And what if someone was trying to call and your telephone was tied up with the telemarketing recorded message?
