Please DO NOT change the Do Not Call regs. to allow ANY KIND of telemarketing!!. "Do No Call" means just that: DO NOT CALL. Doesn't matter if it is recorded or if there has been some kind of prior business relationship. If I want to contact them, I WILL CALL THEM.
