Comments:

I strongly oppose changing the "Do Not Call" policy to permit telemarketers to call my phone and leave messages. During the last weeks of the 2004 presidential election, my phone was hijacked daily by irritating, obnoxious political ads. If a company wants to give me a sales pitch, do it by snail mail. I can easily toss it. I don't purchase phone service so I can be targeted by telemarketers.
