As a concerned citizen regarding my rights, I am against telemarketing via real people and especially pre-recorded messages. I am a shift worker and have received calls at all hours of the day which interrupt what little sleep I do get. I should not have to disconnect my answering machine to avoid unwanted calls. How would you like to be awakened from a sound slumber to telemarketers and recorded messages? Sincerely, Ms. Straka
