It is an OUTRAGE for telemarketing companies to be allowed to call cell phones!! Not only is it an annoyance, but we will be paying for these calls. Most people have registered with the Do Not Call Registry for their private phones and we certainly do not expect to be grossly annoyed on our cell phones!! I hope this will be reconsidered!!
