I am EXTREMELY upset that the FTC is considering a change in the do not call rules that would allow pre-recorder messages. If I want to be annoyed by sales people I can go to a car dealership or some other high pressure place of business. If this rule is adopted it will disturb me in the privacy of my home and I thought that was what the do not call list was designed to protect!!!!
