Please do not change the present form of the regulations. The telemarketers have established a business which uses the private telephones of the public, intrudes on the time and privacy of the individual, and, in my view, are pirates preying on victims. We do not want to be contacted in any way, at any time, ever. I would support a plan to put them out of business completely. When I want to contact a business for my purposes, I will call them. I want my telephone, computer, and fax machine considered my private property, not available to others for commercial use. Thank you for your consideration of comments.
