I am enjoying the very much reduced number of unwanted telephone calls received since signing onto the national Do Not Call Registry. Any proposed rule change that provides a loophole or even a knothole will be abused and used as an excuse to go back to the same old interrupting and infuriating day and night soliciting calls.
