Would our Federal Goverment like to pick up the costs for all consumers that have cell #;s and minutes are used up by the telemarketers? I don't think so, and neither do I want my cell minutes eaten up by pre-recorded messages . I pay for these minutes and only want people to call me on my cell phone, that I have given my number to. But should the goverment like to start reimbursing me and all others for minutes wasted by these pre-recorded messages, then fine, that's just another federal waste program that we taxpayers will have to bear the final cost of.
