I strongly urge that the current ruling as to telemarketing telephone calls be LEFT AS IS! I have been extremely pleased with the current system, having signed up on the DO NOT CALL LIST since its inception. It is SUPER AS IS! PLEASE do not water down and spoil such a good thing!
