I oppose the prerecorded messages; heres why: a) I have received prerecorded messages from companies with which I do not in fact have a business relationship. b) I do not want to receive messages from companies with which I do have an existing business relationship. c) prerecorded messages take up machine space and time and can hamper the reception of vital (welcome) calls.
