Please do not loosen the rules regarding the "Do Not Call List". It is bad enough that I still get some calls from companies with whom I supposedly have an "existing relationship"; not a single one of those calls has been desired on my part. To think of allowing these companies to start using pre-recorded messages to annoy consumers, who may have at one time bought something from them, is a terrible thought. Please do not allow the use of pre-recorded messages. Thank-you.
