To whom it may concern, Please, please, please do not allow the availability of a loophole to telemarketers. We do not need this invasion of our privacy. Your home should be a haven, not just another opportunity for someone to harass me. The purpose of a phone, is not to allow someone I do not know and have no interest in, to intrude on my time and property. If I want to talk to a business, I will call them. I would get an unlisted number but my husband has his own businness. People with legitemate business need to be able to reach us from time to time. I resent, still, the ability of credit card companies, and others I may have occasionaly used, to call me for unsolicited business. That is also a loophole I would like to see eliminated. Please allow us our privacy and a lack of harassment in our homes by outlawing telemarketing . Yours truly, Ann M. Rumbaugh
