I am offended that this provision is even on the verge of being heard by the Commission. Per the overwhelming response to the "Do Not Call" list, one would think the American public had voiced their opinions on telemarketing calls as loudly and as clearly as possible. We do not wish to have unsolicited marketing forced upon us in the virtual home invasion many of us feel telemarketing is.
