I do not think any organization has the right to contact you at any time for commercial reasons even if you have an established business relationship. Obviously, if you did business in the past with a company you know where they are. If you have any interest in future business you can reach them. I prefer a no call, no click, no mail policy from commercial parties at all times. Any loosening of what you already have is a tragedy as far as I am concerned. PS: all parties should need my positive (written) approval from me before they are able to contact me. I should not have to opt out at all.
