Comments:
The rules for telemarketing access need to be tightened. As a consumer, I should have the right decide if I am open to telemarketing, not having companies bury opt-out clauses in fine print in their mailings. I support any regulatory action to eliminate unwanted telemarketing pitches, especially of concern if telemarketers can start calling on my cell phone which would actually cost me!!!
