It is very irritating to receive several calls a week from a company who I have no relationship with. One company (Sleep Study) gives recorded message. Hi my name is David and I am in the office now and if you push key # 7 you will be connected to my office. By pushing this key I could be connected to Africa or who knows where. There is no way for me to complain because they are completely anonymous. I have been registered on the do not call list since it first came out and I think that is where they are getting my phone number from. They call mornings, late at night, and during meal times. I have called the phone company to see if they could do something about it. They say there is nothing they can do. I would have to call the police and they would only do something if it was a threatining or harrassement call. Please help us stop this activity.
