To Whom It May Concern: What’s the point of a “National Do Not Call List” if you’re going to allow telemarketers to make unsolicited calls! Recorded or not a call is a call! I pay a fee for my monthly phone bill, telemarketers do not! Until the day arrives that the FTC or said telemarketers pay my phone bill in full every month you have no right allowing them to waste my time (Money) with unsolicited calls! This current proposal is a complete reversal of the “National Do Not Call List”, automated or not, a phone call is a phone call! The passing of such a proposal will result in numerous lawsuits and millions of tax payers dollars wasted. Don’t do it!
