I definitely do not approve of any rule change or otherwise that allows unsolicited calls, live or pre recorded, to be made to me or my family. In addition I most certainly do not approve of any publishing of cell phone numbers. Who gives others the right to invade my privacy with unsolicited calls? Not me. PLEASE keep up the strict rules on calls and do not call list.
