I think it's absurd to create this loophole in the DNC list for telemarketers and I highly support that it should NOT be done! There is a REASON and a purpose to our opting-out of these undesired telemarketing phone calls. Why else would 60 million people join the DNC list if they didn't feel this way? When we make a choice to do something, and others work against our decision for the purpose of businesses to generate more revenue, it shows a major lack of respect for us and our decisions. Additionally, if a company has an existing business relationship with me, I will call THEM when and if I need their services. They have no reason to be calling me at various incovenient times throughout the day except to serve as an annoyance. Please carefully consider the people's wishes to not receive telemarketing phone calls. If it puts these companies out of business, then so be it. Maybe it's time they did something good in the world today! Then maybe we could all spend less time answering our phones, and spend more quality time with our loved-ones and families - which is exactly how it should be.
