Comments:
I find these prerecorded calls even more offensive than actually speaking with a live telemarketer. I have registered my numbers with the do not call registery because I do not want to be bothered at all by unwanted calls. Phone service is a service that I pay for and a substantial percentage of that payment is for taxes. I believe I should have a right to prevent any and all types of unwanted intrusions into my home. I would encourage any and all regulatory agencies to prevent telemarketing except in cases where the individual has directly contacted a company or representative for information.
