I do not feel that companies should be granted permission to leave pre-recorded messages on answering machines. The "Do Not Call" registry is supposed to protect the individuals living within a household from those annoying telemarketing phonecalls; however, if the proposed access is granted, then those individuals are no longer protected. Please do not allow companies access to these households! Thank you, Waynah J. Morris
