The do not call list should not be accessible to any pre-recorded calls. If a business already has an established relationship with a consumer, a person affiliated with the business should be able to contact that consumer only as a follow up to previously conducted business. Although I am on the do not call list, I am still barraged by telemarketers intruding upon my privacy. Instead of instituting rulings that make it easier for telemarketers to access those homes that are not interested in hearing about their services, the government should be enforcing and strenghthening the existing laws that protect the consumer.
