Please do not alter the do not call list. It has been a blessing since it's been in use, We were bothered with up to 12 calls a day. If they are allowed to leave recorded messages it will return to the same harrasment and inconvience. If I want to order something, I will take the initative to do so. What about my rights ? I have the right to live peacefully in my home without harrasment. I pay for phone service for my use not for someone to keep "Bugging me". If I did that I would probably be arrested and fined. Please give the people a break.
