I think the proposed loopholes are ridiculous. These calls were the ones that I orginally signed up to block on the Do Not Call List. These calls always come in the evenings when I am spending time with my family and do not want to be interupted by telemarketing calls. Quite often I have to be rude to the person on the other end of the line to get them to stop the call...it is a real inconvenience. If I want to find out about the products or services that a company has to offer then I will contact them directly.
