No,no,and again,no. Please do not amend this rule. I have been paying an extra $10.00 a month to SBC to almost eliminate telemarketing calls,but my relatives can't or won't The "Do Not Call" registry is the best thing available for them but if this amendment is allowed I fear the volume of telemarketing calls will increase.
