FTC: To Whom It May Concern I signed up for the NCL (No Call List) with the good faith that it would prevent me from receiving any solicitations or calls via any of the three phone numbers I provided. I have been on the Colorado State No Call List since it's inception. I request that YOU DO NOT allow for any loopholes or allowances that would allow Marketers to call my cell phone or answering machine unsolicited. I will refuse to pay any charges associate with such calls that may be charged against my cell phone bank of minutes. I respectfully request that NO UNSOLICITED PHONE CALLS BE ALLOWED made to my cell phone or home numbers in the spirit and intent of my orginal sign up ON THIS DO NOT CALL LIST. THAT'S JUST WHAT IT IS, A DO NOT CALL LIST. Thank You, James G. Schneider
