I believe this is a step in the wrong direction. What is the point of having a Do Not Call Registry List if companies are going to be allowed to call using an automated voice. I for one do not want telemarketers calling me at all times of the day. It is frustrating and an inconvenience to have the phone ring only to hear that someone is trying to sell you something.
