I am against the proposal of allowing prerecorded messages to be exempt from the Do Not Call list. This would effectively negate the intent of the list by offering an enticing loophole to the current policy. The current rules allowing contact by businesses with whom customers have had recent customer-initiated contact is sufficient as it allows customers the choice. Thank you.
