PLEASE do not allow this "pre-recorded" escape clause to be put into effect. the nuisance is not the presence of a live human being, but the interruption in the private courses of events in a household. Will there be NOWHERE that one can get away from incessant advertising or appeal? We already receive more junk mail via the USPS and spam on the Net than we can comfortably accomodate, and to add to this flow would be unwelcome, to say the least. PLEASE reconsider changing your policies.
