There are still companies calling that do NOT meet the current guidelines and that is bad enough. To allow pre-recorded messages is simply another step in the wrong direction concerning public privacy. If we have questions about a product or service, we can call the company without being bothered by them. Do NOT allow this recorded message guideline go into effect. If you do, then publish YOUR home phone number so the offended public can do the same for you.
