Good Morning, Question: Why do I want my name and phone number on the DO NO CALL List? Answer: Because I DO NOT want to be contacted by telemaketers. Question: Why should the premise for question #1 change concerning pre-recorded messages? Answer: IT DOES NOT!! To me, a pre-recorded message is so impersonal and insulting to my intellegence. The merchant is not giving me the opportunity to relpy to a live spoken offer or advertisement. The way I understand the new proposal, I will be more often required to answer unwanted phone calls. I am strongly against changing anything on the original DO NOT CALL List. Thank you Ferdinand Freisleben
