I strongly object to a Federal Agency of Burreaucrats weakening/destroying legislation passed by Congress and signed by the President. You are supposed to be protecting the consumer, not cowtowing to a bunch of greedy telemarketers. Are you people taking bribes from the telemarkers? If you allow the use of recorded messages you are going to open the door for a lot of scam artists to leave numbers for people to call all kinds of bad places. Why don't you for once in your life think about how you feel about getting these kinds of calls. Why do you have to put the consumer last in your decision making process? Is it because we don't wine and dine you as the lobbyists in Washington do? This is a matter I will try to get to my Representatives in Congress. I hope there is enough of an uproar that Congress gives your agency a very big Wedgie.
