Please do NOT revise your rules to allow pre-recorded calls. It is bad enough to have to answer telemarketing calls from live representatives, but I find pre-recorded calls even more annoying. I hang up as soon as I realize the call is a recording and I guarantee you I would NEVER buy anything from any organization which uses this method to market its products. The Do-Not-Call List has been wonderful and has eliminated the great majority of the calls I used to receive. Please do not loosen the rules. If anything, the rules need to be strengthened to eliminate even more calls. Some of the exceptions to the current rules should be reconsidered - including charities and political calls. Thank you for your consideration. Karyl J. Crean Raleigh, NC
